This position requires a dynamic individual capable of managing our food service operations across various institutions including universities, schools, and hospitals. Oversee the day-to-day operations of food service departments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Manage a diverse team of food service professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency within the department. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and resolving any issues promptly. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and projections in coordination with the administrative team. Maintain inventory control and order supplies while adhering to cost constraints. Coordinate with other managers and staff members to implement promotions, campaigns, or events.
