Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking a dedicated Physician Pipeline to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring a consistent, high-quality pool of physician candidates in specialties such as emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry. The ideal candidate will enhance our recruitment and retention efforts, ultimately impacting our ability to deliver exceptional care in partnership with hospitals and providers across our network. Develop and manage relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and healthcare professionals to build a robust candidate pipeline. Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and medical conferences to promote Vituity’s mission and career opportunities. Implement strategies for candidate engagement and retention, focusing on long-term growth and development within the company. Collaborate with HR and clinical departments to assess staffing needs and develop succession planning. Monitor and report on key metrics related to physician recruitment, retention, and performance to ensure alignment with Vituity’s strategic objectives. Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the medical community. Experience with healthcare recruitment platforms and tools. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred. Certification in Healthcare Recruitment (CHCR) is a plus.
