experienced Benefits Administrator to join our team in Pataskala,
Ohio. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of employee
benefits programs, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with
regulations. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented
and can effectively manage processes such as COBRA administration
and leave of absence policies. Responsibilities: • Manage and
administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental,
vision, and retirement plans. • Coordinate COBRA administration to
ensure compliance with legal requirements and timely communication.
• Oversee leave of absence processes, including tracking and
documentation, while adhering to company policies. • Collaborate
with employees to address inquiries related to compensation and
benefits. • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for all
benefits-related activities. • Conduct regular audits of benefits
systems to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration
of benefits with compensation. • Stay updated on industry trends
and regulatory changes to adapt policies and practices. • Develop
and deliver training or informational sessions regarding employee
benefits. • Assist with annual benefits enrollment processes,
ensuring clarity and efficiency.• Minimum of 2 years of experience
in benefits administration or a related HR role. • Strong knowledge
of COBRA regulations and leave of absence policies. • Familiarity
with compensation and benefits practices, including health and
retirement plans. • Excellent organizational and time management
skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in using
HR software and systems for benefits management. • Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with
employees and stakeholders. • Attention to detail and accuracy in
managing sensitive employee data. • Ability to stay informed about
regulatory changes and industry best practices.
