overall company objectives. Engage in ongoing client interactions
to assess needs, gather feedback, and adapt services to better
align with their evolving security needs. Monitor project
timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficiency
and cost-effectiveness. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of
security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and operational excellence. Regularly report on program
performance, offering insights and action plans to senior
management to drive business decisions. Strong leadership and
interpersonal skills Excellent project management capabilities
In-depth knowledge of security systems and protocols Ability to
analyze complex data and provide strategic solutions Proficient in
CRM software and MS Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Professional (CPP) by ASIS International preferred Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
