In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing national client accounts within the security sector, developing program strategies, and leading project implementations to enhance security measures effectively. With a focus on leveraging our advanced technological assets and expert personnel, you will ensure our national accounts receive unparalleled security services tailored to their specific needs. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for national security programs, Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation and integration of security services, Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables, Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements, Analyze client needs and oversee service delivery within the context of the project management lifecycle, Manage budgets and financial status, communicating financial metrics to stakeholders, Ensure compliance with both internal and external security requirements and legislation. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills, Proficient in modern technology and software for project management, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure, Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement, Analytical thinking for innovative security solutions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or other relevant security certifications beneficial.
