Develop, implement, and manage security programs for national accounts, ensuring alignment with client security requirements and organizational goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of all project activities, from planning through execution and evaluation. Serve as the primary liaison between national clients and internal teams, maintaining clear and continuous communication on project status, risks, and opportunities. Monitor project performance metrics, preparing and presenting detailed reports on progress and adjustments to stakeholders and company leadership. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures across all project activities. Manage project budgets and schedules, overseeing resources to ensure efficient operation and financial integrity. Lead, coach, and develop project management team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with risk management and strategic planning. Proficiency in security systems technology and software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Project Management (PMP) highly preferred. Relevant security certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are advantageous.
