Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protective
services, seeks a seasoned Security Program Manager to lead our
dynamic team. This role involves overseeing comprehensive security
programs across various locations, ensuring seamless operation of
on-site guarding, electronic security, and fire safety services. As
a Security Program Manager, you will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and refine security
strategies that align with client needs and company standards,
ensuring all assets and personnel remain secure under our
protective umbrella. Develop, implement, and manage security
operations for multiple sites, ensuring compliance with all
federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate internal and
external resources to meet program objectives within timelines and
budgets, adapting to changing security needs and environments.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security professionals,
promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Conduct and oversee regular security assessments to identify risks
and develop mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of
contact for all program-related client communications, maintaining
positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Prepare
detailed reports on security status and incident responses,
providing strategic insights to stakeholders. Stay updated with the
latest security technologies and practices, proposing upgrades and
integrations as necessary. Strong leadership and interpersonal
skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
Expertise in risk assessment, security technologies, and emergency
response management. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive
security programs. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and
project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and
