This role requires strategic oversight of on-site guarding, electronic security systems, and fire and safety services, ensuring all components are integrated and operate to provide maximum security for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be expert in managing complex security programs and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives in a dynamic environment. Develop and implement security strategies tailored to client needs while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage and coordinate the activities of security personnel and project teams to achieve program goals. Oversee the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and the need for new security solutions. Liaise with clients to communicate security measures, status updates and gather feedback to refine security solutions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on security status, improvements implemented, and challenges encountered. Ensure continuous professional development of team members and adherence to industry standards and company policies. Proven expertise in security systems management and team leadership. Strong analytical skills to assess security needs and develop effective strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Proficiency in security technology and software tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International highly preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
