Job Description:
ADB is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end
project management lifecycle for data center, technology, and
critical infrastructure construction projects. This role partners
closely with LOB leaders and project teams to coordinate schedules,
reporting, communications, and deliverables, while ensuring
alignment with contract requirements. The Project Coordinator will
facilitate meetings, manage project documentation and systems,
support subcontractor tracking and invoicing, assist with change
orders, and contribute to project closeout and financial processes
to keep projects running efficiently from kickoff through
completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They
bring strong communication and coordination skills, take ownership
of their work, and proactively support both internal teams and
external stakeholders. Most importantly, they demonstrate a

results while contributing to overall team success. Roles and
Responsibilities: Manage project tasks, reporting requirements, and
communications across all assigned projects, including schedules,
RAID logs, lessons learned, status reporting, and inventory
tracking Support internal and external kickoff meetings by
identifying key requirements, milestones, and deliverables in
partnership with the project team Collaborate with project team
members to develop and maintain project schedules aligned with
contract requirements Facilitate daily and weekly internal status
and production meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking
Lead weekly customer status meetings, providing clear updates on
project progress, risks, and next steps Oversee subcontractor time
allocation and perform invoice reconciliation to ensure accuracy
and compliance Partner with internal operations teams to prepare
and process change orders Maintain accurate and timely project
updates within systems such as NetSuite and OneVizion Support
project closeout activities, including gathering required
documentation and partnering with project controls and construction
teams to drive invoicing and collections Provide high-level
administrative and operational support to the Regional Project
Management team to ensure overall project efficiency and execution
Required Skills: 2 years of experience in administrative support,
data tracking, and/or project coordination Proficiency with project
management tools and systems (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel)
Strong ability to read, interpret, and work with pricing units and
project-related data Demonstrated accountability with the ability
to meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed with a high level
of follow-through Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure
environment while maintaining accuracy and organization Strong time
management, prioritization, and organizational skills Foundational
understanding of project financials, including invoicing,
collections, work-in-progress (WIP), and job costing Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience creating and improving reporting tools, templates, and
processes for efficiency Intermediate Excel skills, including
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and logical functions High level of
professionalism with a strong customer-focused mindset Equal
