Job Description:
Hogan1 is currently seeking a dedicated Local CDL-A Truck Driver
to join our team. As a pivotal part of our transportation and
logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the
timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of goods across local
routes. At Hogan1, we strive to deliver unparalleled service to our

your growth and safety. Operate a Class A truck to deliver products
to local customers according to a predetermined schedule. Inspect
vehicle for mechanical and safety issues and perform preventative
maintenance as needed. Comply with truck driving rules and
regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break
periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Manage
route planning and time schedules that optimize efficiency and meet
transportation goals. Coordinate with the logistics team to update
on progress and any issues during the route. Maintain communication
with dispatch and respond to calls or messages as necessary.
Complete logs and reports on every trip, providing comprehensive
details of journey and cargo. Proven work experience as a truck
driver or similar role. Hands-on experience with electronic
equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.). Ability to drive
long hours and travel regularly. Adaptability and foresight to
handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.).
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Medical

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required. No
serious tickets or accidents in the last three years. No DUI/DWI in
the last six years. Must pass a background check and drug test.
