We are seeking skilled Truck Drivers to handle our expedited shipping needs, ensuring that mission-critical freight reaches its destination on time. As a driver for Panther Premium Logistics, you will be at the forefront of our operations, utilizing our state-of-the-art fleet to drive across regional and national routes. Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various destinations across established routes. Perform vehicle maintenance checks and coordinate with the fleet management team to ensure all vehicles are in peak operational condition. Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies regarding safety and freight transportation. Use advanced routing and tracking technology to plan trip routes and report any incidents or delays. Maintain precise logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations. Engage with logistics management to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining professionalism during all customer interactions. Proficiency in using GPS and other route navigation systems. Strong ability to drive long distances while maintaining focus and compliance with traffic regulations. Excellent time management to adhere to fixed schedules. Good mechanical knowledge of trucks and maintenance procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physical demands of loading and unloading cargo. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Clean driving record. Preferably holds a Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HazMat) or willingness to obtain.
