Ensure production lines and surrounding work areas are clear, organized, and ready for the next product run. Handle and transport compounding liquids to and from filling lines, verifying correct setup for each product. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA, safety, and company standards. Inspect work areas and promptly address any spills, leaks, or safety hazards. Properly tag, label, and document equipment and areas during sanitation and cleaning processes. Follow procedures for quarantined or hold products and communicate with supervisors and QA personnel as required. Complete all assigned documentation and cleaning records accurately and on time. Participate in required training for GMP, SOP, safety, and cross-training programs to expand capabilities. Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall production efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sanitation or production experience preferred; cosmetic or manufacturing industry experience a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work for the duration of the shift. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual a plus. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Physical and Work Environment Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
