Trilogy Health Services wants you to join our team! The Regional Director of Human Resources (RDHR), which will cover our locations in Central Ohio, directs implementation of human resource policies, programs and procedures to ensure consistent application across the company.   S/he oversees all human resource issues for the region, including but not limited to conducting employee investigations, responding to EEOC charges, Department of Labor investigations and Workers’ Compensation incidents in collaboration with Employee Services and legal counsel.  S/he advises senior leadership, campus leadership and employees on various issues and problems related to human resources.  This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. High Level Activities: Responds to EEOC charges, DOL investigations, and significant employee incidents. Provides HR policy guidance for leadership and ensures consistency of application across the Company. Guides senior and campus leadership teams re: employee coaching/counseling/disciplinary actions. Responds promptly to all HR related issues for assigned region Duties and Responsibilities Serves as the primary human resources contact for senior and campus leadership within the region Coordinates and responds promptly to all HR related issues for his/her assigned region Provides Human Resource policy guidance to senior leadership and Campus Leaders and ensures consistency of application of Trilogy HR policies, process and procedures throughout the region/company Advises and guides senior and campus leadership teams regarding coaching/counseling/disciplinary actions while enforcing and communicating Company policy and procedures Identifies, recommends, implements and evaluates HR initiatives to ensures the Company’s compliance with state and federal employment regulation Recommends training programs in conjunction with Training and Leadership Department Practices fair and effective investigatory skills when addressing any employment law and employee relations issues and responds appropriately to EEOC  charges, workers’ compensation incidents, Department of Labor investigations, significant employee incidents  and other human relations related claims when notified A. Addresses compliance calls in conjunction with the DVP Track, record and follow up on all human resource related calls and requests Provides training and education at division roundtables and HR related training sessions as requested Conserves resources by adhering to financial stewardship using prudent judgment related to expense(s) incurred by the Company. Demonstrates a high level understanding of mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and regulatory training as required Maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times Travel  including overnight stay may be necessary; travel expected to be on a minimum basis Qualifications: Four (4) year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Risk Management or equivalent from an accredited college or university required Licenses/Certifications: PHR or SPHR preferred Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years employee relations, policy administration, compensation and/or training experience. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred. Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment
