Anomatic has outstanding opportunities for Toolmakers in our Central Ohio facility. Our 25 year old 130,000 square foot facility is located on the west side of Newark, Ohio, has approximately 600 employees and includes a metal stamping operation, eight anodizing lines, and an assembly & decoration department. These production floor positions are responsible for performing set ups and change overs, and maintaining production for U.S. Baird eyelet transfer presses. The Toolmaker must be able to run all manual tool room equipment to make and groom tooling for eyelet transfer presses, including ID/OD grinding; plan and lay out work and perform most difficult and exacting bench and machine operations to construct, fit and assemble highly complicated eyelet tools, dies and gauges; and plans and performs a sequence of tool room machine operations where recognized methods are available on work involving close tolerances and fits requiring judgment to make general decisions on quality, tolerances, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: Certified journeyman or apprentice toolmaker with 2 years experience strongly preferred Ability to handle all aspects of metal forming from print to production Ability to use all manual tool room equipment including cutting, heat treat and grinding Strong mechanical background - prefer diesel mechanical experience Able to read blueprints Experience with deep drawn metal products in high speed transfer presses and/or cosmetic parts is a plus WE OFFER: Competitive base wage and overtime pay Health insurance plan including medical, dental and vision 401(k) Retirement Plan with 50% Company Matching RELOCATION ASSISTANCE Headquartered in Central Ohio, Anomatic has decades of experience designing, manufacturing and finishing custom anodized aluminum closures, jar covers, collars, and other packaging for some of the most successful Beauty and Personal Care brands in the world including Este Lauder, Dior, Chanel, P&G, Eli Lilly, Victorias Secret, Bath & Body Works, and Nissan.
