Job Description:


Complete a variety of administrative responsibilities associated with the IT, Operations and Corporate Services areas of the bank, including:

  • Manage communication needs for executives as requested
  • Protect the Bank's professional reputation through knowledgeable and courteous interactions with customers, shareholders, board members, and regulators with prompt resolution of requests, inquiries or issues
  • Proactively coordinate and manage calendars for executives; make travel arrangements when necessary
  • Monitor due dates for tasks across the department. Create and distribute reports as needed to ensure executives and staff members are aware of upcoming due dates
  • Create system records, update and maintain databases
  • Manage routine office functions such as mail dispersal, phone coverage, distribution of invoices, etc.
  • Serve as administrative liaison with others internally and outside the organization regarding issues related to purchasing, facilities, and operations
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts,expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally the position will require 37.50 hours per week. Periodic overtime may be required throughout the year.
