Job Description:


  • Works with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
  • Manage project budget, including pricing model, billing process, reporting of team hours and expenses
  • Track project milestones and provide informed updates to sponsor, team members and management
  • Prepare and update project schedule to identify tasks and completion dates
  • Monitor project scope, including project change request forms and approval process
  • Completes work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task and determine if external consultants or contractors will be utilized
  • Resolve problems and communicate issues throughout project life cycle
  • Leads, coaches and motivates project team members on a proactive basis to ensure efficiency and resolve and/or limit conflict among team
  • Ensures project legal documents are executed appropriately
  • Complies with and helps enforce policies and procedures
  • Provide summary analysis to management after project completion to improve future projects
  • Other duties as assigned


Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. This position is full time.The expected hours for full-time salary exempt positions is 44-48 per week. A minimum 40 hours is required.
