An established -healthcare -organization located in Metropolitan Ohio is seeking a Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse. This hospital provides specialty services galore, including Pediatric Emergency Services, Surgical OR, -Neonatology -specialists, Oncology specialists, and more. The Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse will join a team who is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for all patients they -serve. -Reporting to the -PICU -Nurse Manager, the Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse will be working night shift in a fast-past pediatric intensive care unit. The Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse will focus on providing excellent care to all patients through the continuum of their stay. The Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse will be involved in ensuring evidence-based care is provided to patients by assisting with quality improvement efforts.The Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse will join a team dedicated to maintaining a culture of clinical excellence, advocacy, and development. The ideal candidate will have a background in -PICU -Nursing and will be passionate about supporting their patients and team.Located in Metropolitan Ohio, this nurse will have the opportunity to live in a city with beautiful outdoor scenery as well as modern urban architecture.
