Our generous schedule for paid holidays, vacation and sick time allow you the flexibility you need to maintain work-life balance.POSITION SUMMARYThis position is expected to provide extraordinary member service, following the standards as set forth by Hopewell Federal Credit Union. This position must be able to successfully sell/refer products and services through anticipating our members' financial needs. The MSA position is required to accurately open new accounts, sub-accounts, and interview members for all consumer loan requests while assisting and resolving any loan-related problems, take loan applications and close loans. This position also assists with more difficult transactions or service issues. Flexibility is required of this position to accommodate staffing needs in lobby, line, or drive up areas at all branch locations. This position may require opening and closing of the branch office by following all security guidelines. Duties:

Take responsibility and accountability in following all service standards set forth by the credit union.Build member relationships through selling and referring credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs (Includes but not limited to, all share products, loan products, retirement products, and investment products/services) - through face-to-face and calling efforts.Assess member loan needs from start to finish starting with loan type, ancillary product review and submission. Finishing with the closing and follow up as needed.Maintains knowledge of all Hopewell loan products, services, procedures and compliance regulations while staying informed of all policy and procedural changes.Achieves minimum sales goals as established by management.Participate in obtaining individual and team sales and referral goals weekly, monthly, and annually.Assist team with difficult transactions or complicated member service issues.Maintain member confidentiality at all times.Perform teller transactions as requested by member.Adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and Customer Identification Program (CIP) through completing reports accurately and as required by law.Perform other duties as assigned or required to ensure member service standards and Credit Union objectives are successfully met.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent education or experienceOne to two years of experience in a sales/customer service environmentPrior experience in a financial/banking institution preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailMust value a high degree of accuracyProfessional demeanorEffective communication skillsBasic PC skills (Windows)Assertive critical thinking skillsHopewell Federal applicants must be able to pass a background check including: Credit and Criminal Background.Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Banker, Finance
