We've partnered with DailyPay to offer team members more control over their earnings.Quarterly performance wage increasesEmployer Matched 401(k)Paid Time OffHoliday PayEmployer Assistance Program confidential resources and counseling at no cost to youPerk Spot discount program for endless savings at restaurants, retailers, veterinary clinics, mortgage services, and so much moreResponsibilities:The Program Coordinator Memory Care position helps to create and lead an exciting program that maximizes resident engagement and enhances the quality of life of our residents.Programming Coordinators, assist in providing overall support to the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events.Assist in the development of the monthly program calendar to ensure it is equally balanced with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.As a Programming Coordinator you will assist in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents as part of the program.Actively influence and encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions.Assist with establishing, maintaining, and supervising an active network of community volunteers and other community resources.Programing Coordinators assist the Director, Entertainment & Programming in providing medical transportation to residents within the community guidelines as well as innovative and interesting outings and excursions.Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicle.Treat residents, family members and other team members with dignity and respect while responding to their needs, including those who may be cognitively impaired.Maintain and sustain a safe community and workplace.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:A big smile, eagerness to learn, open mind, and desire to create a wonderful lifestyle for our ResidentsPrevious relevant experience as a Programming Coordinator (Activities) preferred, but not requiredMust be proficient in the use of Internet resources and demonstrate an understanding and use of current technologyMust have a valid drivers license and clean MVRMust be at least 21 years of age with 3 years of driving experienceAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, according to the communitys needsby Jobble
