The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and excellent condition of our company's machinery, equipment, and systems. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.Responsibilities:As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:1. Conducting regular inspections of systems and equipment to identify any issues and prevent malfunctions.2. Performing preventive maintenance tasks to avoid potential breakdowns and malfunctions.3. Troubleshooting and repairing any malfunctioning machinery, equipment, and systems.4. Rebuilding electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed to ensure optimal performance.5. Documenting all maintenance and repair work done, including the cause of the problem, the parts used to fix it, and the time spent on the task.6. Assisting in the installation of new machinery and equipment.7. Adhering to all safety and compliance guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.8. Collaborating with other members of the Maintenance team to solve complex problems and improve overall operational efficiency.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.2. Proven experience with rebuilding electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.3. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.4. Good understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.5. High level of mechanical aptitude.6. Excellent problem-solving skills.7. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.11. Valid certification from a vocational school will be an advantage.12.
