4:00/9:00 PM to Close (12:30/1:00 AM) Location: Wooster, Ohio Job
Description: Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the
retail industry? We are currently seeking a dedicated and
customer-focused individual to join our team as a Drive-Thru Retail
Clerk. This position involves working in the fast-paced environment
of our drive-thru retail outlet, providing exceptional customer
service, handling retail and lottery sales, and ensuring our
shelves and coolers are well-stocked. Responsibilities: 1. Customer
Service: - Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive
attitude. - Take and process orders efficiently through the
drive-thru. 2. Retail Sales: - Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Promote and upsell products to enhance customer experience. 3.
Lottery Sales: - Facilitate lottery sales and provide information
on available games. - Ensure compliance with all lottery
regulations and guidelines. 4. Stocking Shelves and Coolers: -
Maintain a clean and organized retail space. - Restock shelves and
coolers to ensure product availability. Qualifications: - Previous
experience in customer service and retail sales is preferred. -
Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic math skills for
handling transactions and inventory management. - Flexibility to
work evening shifts from 4:00 PM or 9:00 PM until close (12:30/1:00
AM). - Ability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
Compensation: - Starting wage: $10.45 per hour. If you are
