Part Time CFO: The CFO will play a key leadership role in managing the organization's financial strategy and operations. This includes budgeting, cash flow management, financial forecasting, and grant management. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about using their financial expertise to support meaningful change. Key Responsibilities: Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the Executive Director and program leads Manage cash flow to ensure operational sustainability Develop financial forecasts and long-term financial models Oversee financial reporting and present financial updates to the Board of Directors Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and grant reporting requirements Monitor and manage grant budgets, reimbursement tracking, and funder financial reports Support audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors Provide strategic guidance to help drive mission-aligned growth and impact Qualifications: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, preferably in the nonprofit sector Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles, grant management, and fund accounting Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial information clearly CPA or MBA preferred, but not required The Part Time CFO role is fully onsite in Akron, OH with a pay of $50 - $60 depending on experience.
