Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Surgical Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/15/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, flexible - Employment Type: Travel Surgical Technologist3 years exp Shift Information: Negotiable Job Description: Surgical Technologist (Experienced)Position Overview This assignment requires a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist with a broad scope of current experience, including but not limited to Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Vascular surgery. Candidates who do not possess a full breadth of recent experience will not be considered. Weekly hours and shift schedules will be finalized during the phone interview. Guaranteed weekly hours will be adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule. Candidates with minimal requested time off (RTO) will receive priority consideration. Schedule & Hours - 36–40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options: - Three (3) 12-hour shifts - Four (4) 10-hour shifts - Five (5) 8-hour shifts - Start and end times are negotiable Call Requirements - Weekend Call: Approximately every 5th weekend - Split between Call 1 and Call 2 - Weekday Call: - 1–2 call shifts per week, split between Call 1 and Call 2 - Call volume may increase based on: - Department needs - Staffing changes - Call expectations will mirror current staff requirements - 30-minute response time required (from call notification to arrival on site) - Holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday occurs during the contract - Rotation subject to change based on patient census and staffing levels Required Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program - BLS certification required - CST preferred, but not required - Strong critical thinking skills - Extensive knowledge of: - Central processing - Surgical instrumentation - Proven ability to function in high-acuity, multi-specialty environments Surgical Technologist3 years exp/n/n/n/nShift Information:/n/nNegotiable/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/nJob Description: Surgical Technologist (Experienced)/n/nPosition Overview/n/nThis assignment requires a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist with a broad scope of current experience, including but not limited to Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Vascular surgery./nCandidates who do not possess a full breadth of recent experience will not be considered./n/nWeekly hours and shift schedules will be finalized during the phone interview.
